What personal information we collect

When you create your Aaron Jae & Co account, purchase a product, download a software update, connect to our services, contact us or participate in an online survey, we may collect a variety of information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, device identifiers, IP address, location information, credit card information and profile information where the contact is via social media. When you share your content or invite others to participate in Aaron Jae & Co services, Aaron Jae & Co may collect the information you provide about those people such as name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Use Information - Information about how Your Customers transact with you using our Services, including access time, "log-in" and "log-out" information, browser type and language, country and language setting on your device, IP address, the domain name of Your Customer's internet service provider, other attributes about Your Customer's browser, mobile device and operating system, features Your Customer uses, and the date and time of use of the Services. Other Information You or Your Customers Provide - Information that Your Customers voluntarily provide you or that you input into Aaron Jae & Co systems about your Customers, including survey responses; promotions, or other prospective seller marketing forms or devices; suggestions for improvements; or any other actions performed when they transact with you using Aaron Jae & Co.

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

We also collect data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose. The following are some examples of non-personal information that we collect and how we may use it: We may collect information such as occupation, language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, referrer URL, location, and the time zone where an Aaron Jae & Co product or service is used so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our products, services, and advertising. We may collect information regarding customer activities on our website or other products and services. This information is aggregated and used to help us provide more useful information to our customers and to understand which parts of our website, products, and services are of most interest. If we do combine non-personal information with personal information the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

Cookies and Other Technologies

When you use our website, online services or applications, we obtain certain information using automated technologies, such as cookies, web server logs, web beacons, and other technologies. Your Privacy Rights

You can help ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by signing in to your Aaron Jae & Co account page. For other personal information we hold, we will provide you with access for any purpose including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if Aaron Jae & Co is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. Location-Based Services

To provide location-based services on Aaron Jae & Co products or services, Aaron Jae & Co and our partners and licensees, such as maps data providers, may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your Aaron Jae & Co computer or device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP Address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your devices' approximate location. We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using any Aaron Jae & Co product or service. Our Services are general audience services not directed at children under the age of 13. Law enforcement

You agree that we may disclose your information to authorities if compelled to by a court order. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Notice from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the "Effective Date" above. The revised version will be effective on the "Effective Date" listed. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of material changes in how we use your information, including by email, if you have provided one. If you disagree with these changes, you may cancel your account at any time. If you keep using our Services, you consent to any amendment of this Privacy Notice.
